More Than Just Beautiful Websites

The whole process, from design, to coding to hosting. All aspects of creating your website and getting it working for you.

Website Design

More than just a pretty WordPress template. I specialise in the integration of web technologies into your existing business systems. Still using spreadsheets? It’s time to be more productive.

Databases

If your business collects client data, you need a database-driven website to harness the revenue-generating power of the information you are collecting. Go beyond simple webpage forms.

Bespoke Design

Website design that is tailored to your needs. I specialise in analysing your existing systems, and using technology, web apps, and mobile web apps to make your systems and staff more productive.

Connect

Integration with your customer communications. I specialise in getting maximum value out of email platforms like Mailchimp and Klaviyo to supercharge your email campaigns.

SEO and Marketing Advice

I’ll help you gain a solid understanding of whether you should engage a marketing agency, or simply learn to use some basic industry tools yourself, in order to boost your reach and presence.

Stores & Merchant Facilities

Stores and Merchant Facilities A ready-made store platform like Shopify or Wix sounds easy, but the reality is there are plenty of "gotchas" that can make the journey difficult. I’ll help guide you through the process or integrate merchant facilities directly.

Four steps to getting your website out there

Discovery

We discover the goals of your web project, generate a brain dump of all your requirements and review current business systems in place. We then use strategic planning techniques to map out the current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats related to your business.

Design

We research design trends in your industry, create wireframes and flowcharts, and establish a visual style that complements your brand. In this phase, we’ll often engage copywriters and graphic designers of your choice. At this point you will see how your entire website will look and function.

Develop

In the development phase, we take the designs we’ve agreed on, and turn them into a smooth, functioning and interactive website that is almost ready to go live. At this point we will often address the requirement for interactivity with third party systems using software API's that talk to each other.

Deliver

Once we reach this phase, we’re almost done! We listen to your feedback and work closely with you to refine and perfect your website. After any final tweaks and compatibility checks are thoroughly carried out, it’s time for a final review. Once the website is ready to impress your customers, we go live!

About Me

Malcolm Grant

Malcolm’s career began when studying electrical engineering. Through his love of music, he became an audio engineer, touring with bands, working in theatres, and at one time owning a recording studio. While at the studio he discovered a love for photography and has been shooting for over 25 years. Photography has taken him around the globe, shooting fashion and catwalk in the cities of London, Paris, Chicago and LA.

Malcolm then returned to the events and theming industry, working as the technical manager for one of Australia's leading corporate events companies for over 15 years, leading a staff of up to 120 people. While in the events industry he started to write code for websites, creating custom solutions for communication, digital signage, and general web apps for the productivity of the business. Deciding to leave the events industry, Malcolm now focuses full time on a select few clientele providing web app and mobile app solutions for business.
